Following the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) filing of the 12-count disciplinary charge in August, Resorts World Las Vegas will now have until 9 December to answer. Resorts World's parent firm, Genting Berhad, first mentioned the extension in its Q3 financial report last week.
Potential disciplinary actions include license suspensions or revocations, fines, or placing the property under state supervision.
