I think the pandemic sort of fast-tracked things for online commerce in general. People getting stuck at home meant that businesses had to all adjust to this. There are so many business owners who have had to learn how to convert their operations to online businesses. And as for existing online markets, well, the competition just got tougher. This means as operators, we are all trying to do better- which will also bring about a boost in innovating the online casino software market. So its not just in terms of revenue growth, but also with improvements in the industry as well.

I wonder if this will bring the cost of services down. Of course, quality will be an issue. But I would welcome any way I can save up on operational costs, especially during off peak months.
