The sportsbook has also successfully launched in other key markets, including Colorado, Iowa, and Illinois. It is anticipated that Circa will also enter the gambling industry in Kentucky. The Nevada Gaming Control Board, the state's gaming regulator, was consulted earlier this week as part of the company's development plans in that state (NGCB).

A license for Circa to run the Silverton Casino Lodge, located fewer than five miles from the iconic Las Vegas Strip, was recommended for approval by the Board on Wednesday. The NGCB unanimously recommended Wednesday that the operator be granted a license to run Silverton.
