Apparently, New York did not allow all approved operators to launch their online sportsbooks when they launched last weekend. I honestly dont know how the state plans to handle this considering how disorganized they are. Add the steep tax rate.. sportsbooks will have a hard time. Or will the volume of wagers make up for it?

Well their gambling commission probably wont care who gets to launch since their concern will be the tax they collect from revenue. totally unfair though.
