Florida's gaming authorities have warned three daily fantasy sports firms that they would take legal action if they do not immediately quit offering possibly unlawful mobile betting activities.
According to emails obtained by The News Service of Florida, the Florida Gaming Control Commission is also targeting season-long fantasy sports activities as part of its crackdown, which comes at a particularly inopportune time given the upcoming football season.
